Risk Management

HCC Europe also includes a risk management program after the building is delivered. We feel this sets our company apart from the competition in home bond and surety products and services.

This program includes continued services of the TIO for a four-year period following a building’s delivery.

During this time, the TIO will provide inspection and supervision services and make scheduled tours to ascertain a building’s behavior after construction. Identifying potential flaws upfront is of tremendous benefit to homeowners.
